| a) |
It is currently Board policy to pay a premium to retiring members of £30 per tonne over the Qualification Loan subject to store being fully committed. Alternatively, Fengrain will actively seek to reassign retiring members space to the requirements of an incoming member. |
| b) |
Subsidised haulage into store according to distance of 10 pence per tonne per mile up to a maximum of £4. This means that members further from the store are at no disadvantage. |
| c) |
Storage for Non Storage Members may be permitted on an annual basis, subject to space availability, at a premium of £4.00 over member’s handling charges. Additionally Non Storage Members drying charges apply. |
