We are acutely aware of the concerns that the dry weather conditions are causing growers and our policy will be to be as fair and reasonable to growers who suffer identifiable yield losses.

Original contract commitments however remain in place and will be subject to the AIC/FOSFA terms ruling at the time of delivery. Any reparation will be in accordance to this or we reserve the right to adjust the final pool value, between growers who fully meet their tonnage and those who are unfortunately unable to do so.

We believe this preserves equality and fairness to all our members.
