Exports and quality
Our customers are major end users of grain, millers, malsters, animal feed compounders and oilseed crushers in the United Kingdom and throughout the European Union. Around 35% of grain marketed by Fengrain is exported from the ports of Sutton Bridge, King's Lynn, Ipswich and the Port of Tilbury on both FOB and CIFFO basis.

It is the objective of Fengrain to market an increasing volume of combinable crops direct to end users in the UK and EU with emphasis on the provision of a high level of service to our customers. We are keen to ensure we supply our customers with fully traceable grain supplies of the right quality at the right time.

Continuous improvement
Working procedures were introduced in 1994 and the company fully embraces the concept of continuous improvement. The store at Wimblington is T.A.S.C.C assured which gives customers supplied from central storage the knowledge that quality demanded is being delivered. Fengrain works closely with our dedicated T.A.S.C.C assured hauliers to provide the most efficient delivery service possible to our consumers.

As a member owned organisation Fengrain is well placed to supply our customers with the quality, fully traceable supply of grain which is demanded by customers.

Meeting needs
Fengrain engages our consumers regularly to discuss future demands of both the consumer and the grower. Based on performance reports constructed by the consumers and Fengrain, we continue to work to meet the needs of the consumer as efficiently as possible.
